Cat Boarding Coming Soon!

Mr. Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC strives to provide the best care for all our guests. The following policies are to ensure our guests receive the best care possible in a healthy and safe environment.  

All Pets must be in good general health, well-mannered and be at least 16 weeks of age. We reserve the right to deny admittance to any pets for any reason. For example, pets displaying signs of aggressive or inappropriate behavior, physical limitations or if he/she has any signs of a potentially contagious condition. Mr Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC reserves the right to charge handling fees for excessively difficult or aggressive pets requiring additional staff and/or additional cleaning/bathing fees required for us to deliver proper care for your pet. 

 All pets are to be current on vaccinations and provide proof of vaccinations prior to staying at Mr. Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC. The State of WI requires Rabies, unless there is a medical exemption. 

Owners are responsible for providing their own food. We want to maintain the dietary choices you've made, and this helps ensure a comfortable transition from your home to the Dorms and back home again. 

Medications will be $3/day. All medications supplied by owners must be clearly labeled with the pet’s name, name of medication, dosage, and reason for medication. Please provide pill pockets as needed. We reserve the right to add additional medication administration fees.

One cat is $25/night. Each additional cat is $20/night.*
* To receive the discounted rate, cats must share the same condo.

We charge boarding fees by the day, not by the night. Our fees are subject to change at any time.  

Drop off: We charge for the full day regardless of AM or PM drop off because we hold the spot for you until you arrive. Pick up: You’re only charged for this day if you pick up between 5-6 PM (no charge for 9-10 AM pickup Mon-Sun) 

❖ For Example: Fri to Sat PM is (2) boarding days OR Fri to Sun PM is (3) boarding days 

MINIMUM FEES: There is a minimum weekend charge of (2) days between Oct-May and a (3) day minimum charge for weekends between June-Sept, Holiday's and/or Spring Break (month of March). We may ask that reservations be secured with a down payment that is nonrefundable and may also charge an additional daily premium fee for Holiday's and Spring Break (month of March). Our prices may change at any time. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require at least (5) days notice for cancellations, or we charge the minimum boarding fee of 2 or 3 boarding days (charge based on the # of pets staying). Our cancellation fees are subject to change at any time. 

CHANGING DATES POLICY: Schedule changes to the drop off/pickup day or AM/PM time need to be done (3) days prior to check in or we charge for the full stay as originally planned. 

HOLIDAYS: We may be closed to the public or have limited hours. 

DAMAGES: Any property damaged made by a pet during the stay will be billed and paid for at the pet owner’s expense.  

EMERGENCIES: In case of an emergency, we will contact the owner and the emergency contact. If neither are reachable, we will contact a veterinarian. All costs associated to emergencies are the owner’s responsibility

PAYMENT: Payment is due at check-in. In order to keep costs down, we prefer cash or check. Returned Check Policy: Checks that are returned are subject to a $35 Service Fee.  

This is an agreement between Mr Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC and the pet owner whose signature (or electronic signature) appears below (hereinafter called “owner”). By signing this contract you agree to hold Mr Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC, its owners and employees harmless from any damage, loss or claim arising from any condition of the pet(s) either known or unknown to Mr Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC. It is further understood that this agreement can change at any time, without notice, and will override any and all prior signed contracts or releases. 

1. Owner agrees to pay the rate for pet care provided on the date the pet is checked in at Mr. Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC and agrees to pay any cancellation or change fees when applicable.

2. Owner understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for any harm or damages caused by their pet(s) while at Mr. Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC and agrees to pay for said harm and damages in full. 

3. Owner understands and agrees that in admitting their pet(s), Mr. Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC has relied on their representation that their pet(s) is in good health and has not been ill with any communicable condition in the last 30 days. Owner further certifies that their pet(s) has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behavior towards any person or other pets. Our staff reserves the right to not accept ill, aggressive or pets with behavior concerns.

4. Owner understands and agrees that Mr. Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC and its staff will not be liable for any problems that develop, provided reasonable care and precautions are followed and Owner hereby releases them of any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from their pet(s) staying at Mr. Kitty’s Cat Cafe.

5. Owner understands that if their pet(s) appear to be ill or hurt, Mr. Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC will engage the services of a veterinarian at the owner’s expense, give other requisite attention, and make whatever decisions are required for the pet’s veterinary treatment. The Pet owner will not hold Mr. Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC liable for failure to seek veterinary attention or for decisions made under this agreement and will assume all financial responsibility. If it is required that your pet(s)(s) is too ill to remain at Mr. Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC we will contact the owner and then the emergency contact for pickup. If neither are reachable your pet may be surrendered to your veterinarian. Owner assumes full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved. 

6. Owner agrees with all Policies noted by Mr. Kitty’s Cat Cafe, LLC.
